Wedding reservations include travel within our standard service radius, and transportation beyond that area may be available depending on the location and itinerary.

  • Yes. The Ivory Lane fleet includes the Mercedes-Benz S560, Mercedes-Benz G550, and Mercedes AMG G63. You can select your preferred vehicle when checking availability, and we’ll confirm whether it is available for your wedding date.

  • Yes. Ivory Lane can coordinate directly with your wedding coordinator or designated wedding-day contact regarding pickup timing, vehicle positioning, and transportation details, allowing you to enjoy the celebration while we handle the logistics of your departure.

  • Absolutely. We'll work with you to create an itinerary that fits your wedding day. Additional stops and custom routing can be discussed during the booking process.

  • Ivory Lane Grand Exit service starts at $395 and includes a professionally chauffeured Mercedes-Benz reserved for up to two hours for the newlyweds’ wedding-day departure. The reservation can accommodate the moments surrounding the exit — including a staged or “fake” exit, photographs with the vehicle, the couple’s send-off, and transportation afterward. We coordinate timing with the couple or wedding coordinator so the vehicle fits naturally into the wedding-day schedule.

  • Yes. Luggage can be accommodated depending on the selected vehicle, number of passengers, and amount of baggage. If you’ll be traveling to a hotel or airport after your wedding, let us know what you’ll be bringing and we’ll help determine the best vehicle for your plans.

  • We recommend reserving your wedding transportation as soon as your date and transportation plans are confirmed. Ivory Lane accepts a limited number of reservations for each date, and availability for a specific Mercedes-Benz may be limited on popular wedding weekends in Northwest Arkansas.

  • Yes. A reservation deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your scheduled service.

  • We understand that wedding timelines can evolve. Let us know as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate changes whenever availability allows.

  • Yes. We also provide luxury transportation for anniversaries, corporate events, airport transfers, private transportation, and other special occasions.
